Tires: I really think you're safe.....Sounds like you
are doing the right stuff.....mine sits sometimes for
a year, and have had the same tires for 6 years. Last
spring pulled it over to Sedona and back about 500
miles), they did fine, and still in good shape.
Although I am going to replace them this summer, just
for peace of mind..... They only have 15000. miles on
them, but are bias tires.  In AZ, they start to show
cracking on the sidewalls, even though I keep the tire
skirts over them each time we are parked.......We also
have it at 8500 feet elevation, and I hear that is
hard on tires too. Thin air or something..??? Where
did you stay when you were in AZ?

PS. aren't you the Avion people.....? I saw a 1990
Avion Aluminum Prestige 5th wheel, the other day, 38
feet long, I would almost kill for it....The most
Beautiful Avion 5th wheel I have ever seen! I have put
so much into this Silver Streak, though, I guess I
should get my use out of it...But still can dream a
little......huh?? They wanted 25 thousand for it.
