Sadly, no hitch makes a bad driver a good driver.  I hate tailgating, hate it 
when people tailgate behind me and will not tailgate behind others. I imagine 
tailgating is a big cause of accidents...people not realizing how much more 
stopping room a truck with a trailer requires.
