I hope that others will try to help with this.
Somewhere on the trailer you may be able to find a
serial number that is stamped, perhaps into the
tongue. That should help the Motor Vehicle Department,
trace the Title and Registration. If not they should
be able to issue a new title to replace a lost title
and registration. They will tell you what you need.
Don't try to tow it without a temporary registration
and or permit!!
