Don,
    I use a 1/8" drill "cordless two speed" it gives me greater control.
And I also do some of my work while it is in storage. I also use Dremel
stone tools "very fine" to then polish off the tops of the Olympic style
rivets.  There is a tool you can buy however, it costs about 179.00.
