I think you guys are talking about two different types of "install". The
procedure for installing a part of the program (a few states, for instance)
onto the hard drive of a small laptop (so that it can run WITHOUT the CD in
a CD drive) is far more difficult and time consuming than installing the
entire program with all features and options onto a laptop that has a
built-in CD, where you intend to keep the CD in the drive while using it.
