I have no idea, but I have been meaning to post this:

I-75 through all of Dayton is going to have major construction for the next
2 years.  Most of the time there will be parts down to one lane.  It starts
this week.  Its Great in Dayton!!!, just stay off I-75.  A logical by-pass
is I-675 to I-70, then back West to I-75.
