[a/s] HELP. rotting frame

I have a major rot problem in the floor of my 1970 safari,or so I thought.
I started to pull up the floor and found that the frame is rusting to bits.
Some of the outside steel braces have rusted thru; the insulation is
saturated with water; the plywood in the foward round section is all rotten
and mildew; and so is the back section. I can stick my hand through the
floor and the walls in the back, they are so rotten.I have pictures that
can be seen at "http://alphacomposite.homestead.com/home.html"
I'm thinking of pulling the shell off the plywood. This looks like it
would not be so bad once I take the bottom pan off. I have done this to the
front section. I was thinking I could just cut the bolts that run around
the perimeter on the underside of the plywood and put beams through the
windows and pick the shell off the plywood, and then pull the sole and
frame out from under it.
I would then cut off the remaining plywood, ( after I cut new 3/4" treated
plywood to replace the rotten wood ) sand blast the frame, re- weld rusted
parts, paint and put back together. Sounds easy? I can take more pictures
if someone wants more detail.
By the way I'm a boatbuilder and I can do all the work that I have talked
about. If any one has any ideas or helpful hints please let me know. This is
my first Airstream and I'd like to use it this summer.
