I ran into the trailer age thing in Seattle with my 87 a/s motorhome.  They 
said it was for safety based on the age of the electrical, plumbing, and 
propane.  I showed them the dealer's list that showed safety check of each 
system and they accepted that as proof that all systems were safe and in good 
working order. Not sure if this would be negotiable in another park (this was 
a national group).
