         That's terrible...that area is used by pet owners all the time, to 
say nothing about the abundant wildlife nearby.  By all means, write a 
letter.  The president of the Ga Unit is Jack Jones this year.  He's in the 
book.
         That storage area is something of a problem anyhow - it's nearly 
full, but some of the units belong to people whose WBCCI membership has 
been allowed to expire.  I imagine some are "unknown owners," too.  The 
management has said that they plan to do something; I don't know what.
         I hope the rest of ToG is proving more felicitous.
