Tucson was always a lot friendlier to trailers than Phoenix. If memory
serves me right, several Phoenix area parks were real dumps utility wise
even though they looked good. If you really  want Phoenix area keep trying
but, good luck. There is are some fairly nice ones in the Chandler area also
but, don't know anything about the rules.
