Don:

         The Hensley Arrow *is* a weight-distributing hitch.  That part is 
pretty standard stuff, except that the spring bars are permanently mounted 
on the trailer.  The difference between it and an ordinary hitch is a 
special linkage that makes it very difficult for the trailer to steer the 
truck, while allowing the truck to steer the trailer (almost like a 5-th 
wheel - no sway, semis have no effect on the trailer).
