Hi Ken and Laura,

If I understand correctly you plan to fulltime for a year in the trailer....

I can only tell you my experience..... I am a single woman who sold a 1994 
21' trailer for a 1996 25' trailer .  The 21' was great for weekends, but too 
small for two people to fulltime.  Frankly if I were you I wouldn't look at 
anything under 25 feet and would consider 28 footers and up.  Two people 
crammed in for a year need a larger trailer, remember you need to fit *stuff* 
in too.

As for the weights... the older trailers weigh less for the same size as the 
new ones.  What do you have for a tow vehicle?
