The burning eyes sounds like allergic reaction... the low grade headache
could even be carbon monoxide poisoning.. (not likely with all the
venting..) is the gas off??   I can't help but wonder if the carpets or
something was cleaned before sale or some new product  (like glue or
plywood) with formaldehyde was used....
Anything abut the cleaning products you used that bothers you????
