There is an I-94; it runs northward from
Chicago through Wisconsin and then 
westward, paralleling I-90 more or less.

I-10?  I hear it is miserable through Louisiana, can't vouch for the
rest of it.
Was terrible through north Florida allegedly because a previous governor
had promised the people of Pensacola that he would get it completed
during his
term.  Again, allegedly and covered by the
media and allegedly confessed by a former Highway Department engineer
(all "allegedly" because I don't want to be
sued, even if it was reported by the media), inferior roadbed was
authorized 
in order to get it done.  That has been
remedied, at some considerable cost, and
as far as I know I-10 through Florida is in
good overall condition.

Come on down to Florida!
