Don,
You can get a mailbox from a mail service.  There are several in the
trailer and rv publications. Most will forward mail for you to
designated addresses as you move around.  You might try to find one in
the vicinity of most of your travels or winter address or just find one
that will give you a permanent address with income tax or vehicle
registration/excise tax advantages since you'd be full timing and can
pick your own new home state.  This is where you'd vote and pay taxes if
any.  There is a thin paperback I have called "1997 State Residency
Requirements" put out by Trailer Life magazine.  You could probably find
the updated version  at their website (don't have the URL).  Good luck
