[a/s] Campground Guides

We just bought an '89 Excella, and absolutely love it. I've been "lurking"
on this list for awhile, and appreciate the pointers people give.

We are new to Airstreaming, but not camping. Can anyone recommend an
up-to-date guide on full hook-up campgrounds, including private ones? We
plan to make good use of national and state parks, but sometimes the
private campgrounds offer more flexiblity in scheduling and amenities.
