It has nothing to do with campground use.  We are all parked in fields with 
electric cords running to a few outlets. (see photo)  We are on "limited 
electric"  That means.... enough to keep your batteries charged and enough to 
watch your tv.  NO heat type things.  NO fridge. Heat things would 
include...microwave, hairdryer, coffee maker.... you get the idea.

As many satellite dishes are set out and almost all the antennas are in the 
up positon I think it's safe to say everyone who has a tv is watching it.   

I assumed they are checking gas to see if I was sneaking power...but Don's 
explanation makes more sense.  They are doing safety checks.  I did hear they 
were safety checking hitches and one had a big crack in it.  The owner was 
most appreciate.

The water Ys are what should have no restrictors.  The last guy on the chain 
would get barely a dribble.
