I became quite endeared to my 1956 Overlander when I
first saw it.  The exterior had the vintage look I
preferred over the newest shape.  The interior layout
was fine with me, and I would have loved to keep all the
original features to it,,,except it was buried under a
mix-match of paneling and whatnot.

However, I've been very careful to keep everything that
was able to survive a removal.  And I was gentle,,,so if
it didn't survive, it basically wasn't safe or feasible
to keep anyway.

Additionally, I would have had to remove everything
anyway because the floor needs replacing due to 40 years
of rot.

The snow has pretty well melted here in Central
Illinois, temps in the low 40s.  There is so much still
to do on my trailer.  I think I may go move the stuff I
took out to a better inventory spot....
