When I asked them about it, they actually sent me a couple samples.  You can
buy from them direct.

The trick is to use the oil-flo to soften the caulk before you try to get it
out. That makes the tol last a lot longer.  Plastic putty knifes are also
handy.

Takes forever. But then again, if you don't have a house to maintian, what
else do you to do? 8^)

BTW  I prefer to replace the caulk with a polysufide caulk from Boat Life. You
can find it at West Marine and other boating supply shops. They also make a
silcone sealeant so make sure you don't get that.  It's great stuff. Never
gets brittle, is water cured (you can even apply it underwater).
