I do a fair amount of purchasing from Tremco ( now Transtar I believe)
for the automotive collision repair industry.  I will contact my factory
rep and see if I can get more product information on VULKEM.

We carry a product that is similar:

Flex Seal:  Available in Black, White and Clear.  Fits in a typical caulking
gun.

Flex Seal is a rubber and resin based, cartridge grade, seam and joint
sealer for metal seams.

Provides permanent flexible coating over vehicle seams to protect against
wind, water and dust leaks.  It is used over MIG and spot welds, as a
protective coating, or may be used betweeen metal panels prior to welding to
prevent moisture.  May also be used to seal flat glass in store fronts and
to protect plumbing fixtures (showers, tubs, etc. ) against water leakage

Our product in similar to Tremco's Firm-Set, 3M's Firm and Set Sealer, and
Kent's Hi-Tech.

The product is manufactured by Transportation & Maintenance Products (TMP),
Seattle, WA.
