Excellent!

I read the other interlock articles and thought they were interesting...I
never gave thought to the way the system "really" works.

I've been in and out of my '93 A/S off and on over the past few months here
in New England.  With the furnace running, I've noted some very obvious
exhaust smell while entering or exiting.  I wonder why they didn't exhaust
to the roof?  Hot air rises...with it on the roof, its surely going to
disipate quickly and without additional problems like burning through a
door?

We've got a great bunch of minds on this net.
