[a/s] Inside door lock?

My 71' Tradewind doesn't appear to have any way of locking the door from the
inside.  There is about a 3/16 hole to the left of the inside door handle, I
wonder if there was a twist lock of some type to activate the door dead
bolt?  Does anyone have any information about the inside door locking
mechanism?
