[a/s] Tranny problems; park brake

BOTH!  The parking brake should always
be fully engaged before engaging the 
"Park" setting on the tranny.  Not only is
it hard on the transmission to hold all
of that weight on a slope, but it makes it
difficult to get the tranny out of "Park".
