[a/s] 71 for $4500?

I'm not well versed in vintage Airstream prices, but I recently paid $3400 
(delivered) for a '71 27-foot Overlander International Land Yacht.  It seems 
to be in very good condition, with everything working.  It's mostly original, 
and everything works, though a couple of things will probably need to be 
replaced fairly soon.  Mine did not have a microwave or TV. Body is in very 
good shape, though not perfect.

If $2000 was spent on recent work and maintenance on the one you're looking 
at, sounds like $4500 is not a bad deal.
