If it is the same as the Moen faucet I have there is an element that broke.
I believe these elements are guaranteed for life.  All you need to do is
remove the element and take it back to any dealer that handles Moen faucets
and they should give you a new one.

I have changed the one in my kitchen several times.  Once a plumber who was
in my house for other reasons changed it for me and there was no charge for
the element.

It pays to keep the temp inside the trailer above freezing if the trailer is
not winterized.
