Just another reason for moving to Mexico (which I am seriously considering).
I just got new Mexican liability/comprehensive/collision for both the
trailer and the van. I can't even get collision and comprehensive for the
trailer in the United States because of its age. In Mexico, with legal
services and towing included, my premium is $147 for the year.
