Just how durable are these things? My buddy had to replace the axlesin his older
A/S (a '71 model), so it makes me a bit concerned about my '68. Also,in the
literature that I got with the trailer, it mentions something about3500# capacity
for that (single) axle. I had the thing weighed when I brought 'erhome and it was
nearly 3000# with the tounge attached to the truck, which was off thescale platform.
IE: the trailer must run about 3300# or so and it was empty. Seemslike A/S is
pushing things a bit...
