I saw your note on the VAL Airstream list. We have a '72 Trade Wind
of 25 feet in length. Unfortunately my wife isn't a camper so it
looks like we'll be selling it. I've put in a few hours of work
getting it up and going. We've used it a few times.
Sure hope you will be able to enjoy your Globe Trotter.
I'm wondering if you are interested in exchanging information about
the lives we live? That is, politics, religion, our roll in the
world, daily living, etc. on both sides of the pond. I've been to
London for a short visit a few years ago and have been in France,
Spain and Italy as well. You know, one of those tours where we
attempt to see everything possible in a couple of weeks. We did shy
away from tourist however.
In visiting with people during our travels I found we all share many
things but with different intensities. For example, I was impressed
that the Spanish seem to enjoy family more than things while many, if
not most, Americans want things.
Anyway, if you are interested, let me know. If not, press the delete
key. By the way, I'm an old guy, 73.
