[VAL] what are your thoughts-

When I heard of your experience, both losing your beautiful award winning
Airstream (saw it in Perry) and your insurance shock, I really felt
nauseous. I went on line to check out Foremost and when I put in our zip
code to find a local agent, I was surprised to find that it was our own
agent with Farmer's Ins. who was terrible when our 1969 Airstream was
vandalized.(They paid nothing for the repairs or clean-up, only the amount
above the deductible for the theft of the generator, under our home ins
cov.) Our state (Kansas) insurance commissioner's office "always" supports
the ins co, not the Kansas citizen. GMAC wouldn't even talk with us and I
don't look to Progressive for obvious reasons. The insurance world really
doesn't appreciate (sorry for the pun) vintage Airstreams as a valuable work
of "art", maybe because we enjoy using them so much.
Rudy, I really pray the suggestions given from other members will work for
you.
