[VAL] '77 shower help

We have a '77 31' center bath we are renovating and have gotten to the
shower area. The side walls have rotted on the bottom and sagged taking the
shower pan down with them. There is a small crack in one corner of the
bottom and a large crack on the right side of the seating area. Because of
the drooping walls the floor now has a 1" valley between the center bottom
of the floor and the side wall where the base wasn't supported by the
plywood base. I know that Inland has new shower pans available, but the
price is high not to mention shipping from California to Florida. Has
anyone had experience in restoring their own shower pan themselves or can
provide info on a company to handle the work? The shower door is also
missing and I would like to find a new one too. Any help is appreciated!
TIA
Pete
