I've never posted to this list before but I'd like to add that I'm also glad
no one was hurt ... except for the poor trailer. As someone on a terribly
tight budget who would love to get his hands on even a decent Airstream
shell with working brakes & lights (just to get it home) to work on it hurts
me to see one of the "golden oldies" destroyed like that. I'd be interested
to hear what the insurance settlement is too.
I used to own a 1955 Airstream but many years ago, like an idiot, I sold it.
Now, when I dearly want and need an RV to full-time/live in, it's long gone
and last I heard the people who bought it ruined it.
