I *love* Rollin's Pond. It's so nice to read about one of the places we
enjoy. A couple of weeks ago we were camping at Limekiln DEC campground but all
of our family took off after a bear strolled by. My husband and I stayed
behind after they headed to the motel....enjoying the peace!
We love the "thumbs up" we get from folks on the sidewalk when we drive
through Old Forge pulling our vintage AS.
We don't use any holding tanks or really anything the way we should/could
mostly b/c I am too afraid of messing with things. We use the AS as a bedroom
and depend on showers and water spigots near by. I'm amazed at how handy
everyone is on this list. I bought my AS with no mechanical ability or
knowledge--living on the wild side here :-)
