[VAL] fresh water tank

Hi All,
    My freshwater tank is minus the fitting to fill the tank and the exit
fitting that goes to the pump is loose and turns. Has anyone else had this
problem and if so what steps did you take to correct the problem. Repair?
Buy new tank? if so where to purchase same? Thanks.
