[VAL] temperature monitor

I am about to build a battery monitoring system (volts and current) for
the 67 Tradewind.  I would like to incorporate a four channel (inside,
outside, refrigerator, and plumbing cold spot) temperature monitor.  I
need help with a simple type K thermocouple interface circuit with + or
- two degrees accuracy over a range of 0 to 100 deg F is good enough.  I
thought this would be easy to find as a unit or circuit diagram on the
internet, but I had no luck.  Oh, twenty feet would be the longest rum
from monitor to thermocouple.
