[VAL] generators and heaters, now catalytic heaters

 Is the cat. heater vented to the outside? When ever I here of cat. 
heaters I think of the old portable ones that people used during the 
energy crisis of the 70's. They ran on kerosene, were unvented, and 
people left them on overnight in their homes, sometimes with rather 
terrible results.
