There are places you can get plans for these, or you
can buy them used like Tuna is looking to do.

keep in mind that english wheels primarily stretch
metal, they don't shrink it.  if you're going to make
fenders, or parts, plan on some sweaty work with
hammers unless you get a power hammer to do the work
for you.  power hammers are way* more expensive than
english wheels.

also - 2024 T3 aluminum is not particularly easy to
work, that's why you often see unmatching aluminum in
replacement panels.

if anyone is interested, i documented a recommendation
a while back for aluminum to make replacement panels
that's easier to work, and is close.
