Jim,
 One of the first things I do when I get a "new to me" vehicle is purchase
the shop manual for it. NOT a Chilton's, Motor's, etc, but the regular shop
manual. They run the better part of $100.00 or maybe even more, but are
worth every penny. ESPECIALLY when trying to trace out wiring.
