 You shouldn't really have "hose" to the appliances, nor those flexible
lines that are used in houses. The latter are usually soft copper and could
break over time, due to the vibration.

As Chris recommended (and as is used on our Avion trailer), I'd use black
pipe for the main run down to where the first appliance taps in, then go to
copper.
