[VAC] Counter filler tape

The cork floor was a great addition to our last outing for the winter.
What I need now is a way to finish off the edge.

On the counters of my '73, there is a plastic tape/moulding that is
stuck over the gaps and between the counter top and the wall. I want
something like that. 

First problem is what is it called ?

And where can I get it ?
