This was investigated in detail more than 20- years ago by the major 
pipeline to the Chicago area...The project was the Catylitic 
Reactive Anerobic Digester Process and the pipeline folks were all up to 
speed on the CRAP project... The bottom liine was that it 
all works, just much more expensive than capturing it at the well head 
and transporting to the Chicago area...Like a lot of other 
good ideas, unless demanded by legislature, it just won't get past the 
market pressures....
