They are available from all sorts of places still.  While I don't think
Airstream is still making them, many current & ex Airstream dealers
(http://www.airstream.com/dealers.htm) have them.  Our local 2 here in
the Bay Area do, as does Inlandrv.com on the net.  We got ours via a
phone order  to C&G Trailer (562-634-6286) in Bellflower, CA, and I bet
American RV in Boise does, too.  We paid $3.95 each for ours, and it
sure beats the goofy things that someone had tried to replace them with.
