[VAC] We're back

We're back.  

The VACList was hacked Sunday and everyone but about 12 of the 320
listees were set to "inactive".  I had to reset everyone to "active"
again, this is going to be a big headache for all those who selected
inactive recently to go traveling.  To those - I apologize.  Lets try
and keep the postings concise for a while out of respect for them.

There were only 4 or so postings during that time period that are of
archiveable content.  I will resend to capture them in Tom Patterson's archives.
