This worked, though netscape didn't recognize it as a .JPG until I saved
it to a file, probably because its identified as a Mac BinHex Archive.
And the name is given as Bubble jpg, should be Bubble.jpg

It's important to be sure the binary file is sent as binary, not
converted to text.

Doesn't that mirror finish cause traffic wrecks from blinding oncoming
drivers?

I think this attachment will be more universally seen...
