I don't know about the booth, but possibly it can be constructed. The table is very similar to one I had in a 1978 Apache pop-up. Maybe you can still buy one new from a pop-up manufacturer, or RV supply. Failing that, maybe a boneyard such as the ones listed elsewhere on the message board may be able to supply one.

Note that the table appears in two of the shots of the Arnold's trailer. One in place for dining, and also one outside fastened onto the trailer. That is how my Apache table worked. I don't currently have such a table, but my '72 Streamline does have a strip on the street side where such a table can be affixed.

The table itself in my Apache was designed to be up for dining, and then could be lowered so that it, and the booth seats made into a bed, using the both cusions for a mattress.
