OH THANK GOD!!! Okay, here it is. A friend of mine just gave me this trailer that some of her ranch hands called home. She sold and moved. It's a silver streak. I know exactly zero about trailers, so I'm sure glad I found you guys!As near as I can tell by the owners manuals here ( she is still looking for the tittle), It is a post 1983 3111 C/B. Interior obviously needs ALOT of cleaning, carpet, and such. But the exterior is in pretty good shape. need 2 access doors, and new material on the awning. I guess there is supposed to be a motor on the toung jack. But the only part she really needs is the entry door. It's there, but hanging from a jury rigged gate hinge cause both the original hinges and that edge of the door are completely destroyed. I have not even started cleaning it yet. Just got it home last week. I need to get the DMV stuff started. Anyone know where the vin numbers are located? I'm looking forward to the restoration project ( or at least making it safe and usable. CAN"T WAIT FOR A ROAD TRIP!!

I was just given a silver streak trailer also that was on some land that my boss bought. I found a metal plate on the back drivers side that looks like it may contain a model no. and year. If I'm correct mine is a 1968. It has been sitting for about 14 years.From all the stuff inside it looks like it had one owner. So far no registration or title. Had to drill the lock out and put a new deadbolt to get in. Tom in Salt Lake City, Utah

After alot of searching on this message bord last night, I found that the vin # should be located on the top left of the toung. nMy trailer has apparently been painted a time or 2 , so I have some scaping to do.
