Greetings! We recently purchased a 1969 SS. It is in great shape, turquoise appliances and all original. We probably paid too much for it but we didn't have to go far and most of the plumbing/gas connections have been updated.

I have a F250 with a new engine to tow it. I am almost done with my preparation for the travels. The trailer is in getting new tires today.

There are a few lingering questions....The electric brakes work a little too good. I am assuming I can make that adjustment in the box in the pickup?

Some of the clearance lights do not work, it is sporatic so I am going to replace them individually. I know this is a stupid question but I am wondering how the light attach to the new fixtures? It is not clear to me , the old ones have a crimp connection, the new ones look like they take 4 wires that connect under wire prongs through the back.

I sure wish I had the manual, anyone have one for a 1969? I just about every other manual for the individual parts if anyone needs them; refridgerator, heater, electric brakes...

Here is a link to photos. I appreciate any suggestions!
