I have a Reese weight distributing hitch, 1,000# Tongue Weight rating. The ball mount is welded in the low position on the draw bar. This is for pickups whose receivers are higher than the trailer hitch height (23" in my case).
I am looking for a Reese WD ball mount welded in the high position as I now have a 1T van for my tow vehicle. Its receiver is much lower than the PU. The top of the receiver opening (top of the draw bar when in the receiver) is about 15" from the road.
If anyone has such a ball mount they do not need, or an adjustable ball mount and drawbar, please let me know. Buy or swap?
