We are the proud owners of a "76 luxury liner in really good condition and are hoping to remodel the whole interior. We have the model with the twin beds and would like to convert it to a rear bedroom with a regular bed. I have seen on some of the brochures that there was a model with the rear bedroom (I think it was known as the center bath). So I guess it can be done. The pictures on the brochures (posted) are not very clear and I wonder if anyone has a center bath model and if possible help me out with photos or plans etc. Regards Steve Dandridge

Hi Steve,

I have a '77 Saturn Supreme 30-footer, rear bedroom with twin beds. I plan to put in a double bed, but I'm reluctant to make any major, permanent structural changes. In any event, I want to do a first-class job. It appears the water tank is under the street-side bed, so it may present a problem.

If you have the model with the beds in the center and a rear bath, I think it would be a lot of work to convert to rear bedroom because of the location of your holding tanks and other plumbing. Also, I know for sure the 30-foot '77 with the rear bath has different window placement than mine. How long is your Luxury Liner?

I can post or email you photos of the interior of mine if you're interested. I'll post here what I run into and how it turns out when I'm done with my bed conversion. I'll be doing it within a few weeks. If you learn anything, I'd appreciate hearing about it.
