We just became the proud owners of a 1976 Silver Streak Luxury Liner in very good condition. This is the 31.5 ft model with twin beds. Just a thought, would it be possible to convert to a double bed. I know this would mean removing cupboards, etc. on the left hand side (looking to the rear) but that is acceptable. I know there is a model with double bed and it looks like a small dressing table to the left hand side. Anybody have a photo of this arrangement for me to have a look at? We will be taking her out for a few trips this summer but will spend the winter months completely re-doing the interior, probably with much lighter woods. I will be happy to post photos for you to see (IF only I knew how). Maybe someone will tell me how to do it on this message board. Thanks

if your's is a rear bedroom. like mine, i took the nightstand thing in the middle of the two single's off the board going across, the two bed's. and that fit perfect on the floor right in front of that shelf. then i turned both single box spring's and mattress sideway's. and all my queen size sheet's fit perfect. you have to crawl up on the bed to get to those cabinet's but hey. it's nice to hold your sweetie when your camping. and no permenent damage to original, design.
