Ben,

Tremco makes many different varieties of polyurethane caulk / sealer
(including Vulkem) which is sold in several different markets, very likely
thru different distribution channels and pricing structures.  Hence the
different names.  Thus an identical product could be sold under different
names. The important thing is to get the one with the proper formulation for
the Airstream application.  The folks at Airstream could tell you which
Tremco products are appropriate for sealing the aluminum on the Airstream.

Vulkem is used for many caulking applications besides sealing aluminum
joints.  A major one is for roofing applications.  It is virtually the only
caulk which will bond or seal metal flashing to masonry (like brick or
stucco), and have an adequate lifespan.
